The Panama Canal Area Benefit Plan (PCABP), administered by the Redbridge Group, LLC., is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Accreditation is a commitment to reach, maintain and uphold high standards of healthcare quality, as well as member safety and rights.
The PCABP is scheduled to undergo re-accreditation by the AAAHC in March 2026.

Dear PCABP Member,
To ensure a smooth and timely reimbursement process, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below when submitting your claims. Providing complete and legible documentation will help prevent delays or setbacks during the evaluation of your claim.
Medical Consultations
Please include the following:
• Claim form stamped by the treating physician
• Legible payment receipt
• Clearly described diagnosis
• Insured’s signature on the claim form
Laboratory Tests, Prescriptions, and Specialized Studies
Please submit:
• Claim form signed by the insured
• Legible payment receipt (if payment was made electronically, please attach the voucher whenever possible)
• Stamped medical order from the physician, including a clear description of the requested tests and diagnosis.
- If the doctor’s order is not available, please use the laboratory order form.
Hospital or Emergency Room Bills
Please include:
• Claim form signed by the insured
• Legible payment receipt and itemized detail of charges from the hospital or clinic
• Emergency Room report
Medications
Please provide:
• Readable prescription including the diagnosis
• Clear payment receipt (please ensure the receipt is legible, as receipts with faded or unclear ink are a common cause of delays)
• Details if the medication is for long-term use
Additional Claims
For other types of claims not listed above, the same documentation principles apply: a completed claim form, legible receipts, supporting medical documentation, and the insured’s signature.
Submitting complete and clear documentation will help us process your reimbursement more efficiently.

During the event, The Panama Clinic offered complimentary health services for attendees, including:

We offer an “Individual plus One (1)ˮ coverage plan, ideal for policyholders who wish to insure a single eligible member of their family.
During the open enrollment period, the insured can enroll, update their plan, or assign a dependent, ensuring flexibility and protection tailored to their needs.
An option designed for those who do not require comprehensive family coverage, but do need additional protection for a single companion.
Coverage includes:Registration during the open season.
Change or assignment of dependents once a year.
Official FEHB Self + 1 plan.
New registration or coverage update.
Application for eligible dependents of the household.
